How to play Sweet Stack
Slide, match, and bake your way to the rainbow cupcake. One delicious move at a time.
- Slide the board in any direction. Cupcakes slide until they reach an edge or another cupcake.
- Two matching cupcakes become the next recipe. A new cupcake appears after each valid move.
- Keep your biggest cupcake in a corner. Leave some room to move, and try not to split matching pairs.

Yes. Play in your browser without downloading an app or creating an account.
How does the daily challenge work?
Every UTC day has a fixed starting seed. Your goal is a 256 cupcake in 80 moves. Replays use the same seed; undo is disabled.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Swipe inside the board or use the on-screen arrows. On a computer, focus the board and use the arrow keys or WASD.
Where is my progress saved?
Your board and cupcake discoveries are stored in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data removes them. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent saving.
